WAIVER WIRE IN EFFECT
A reminder that the waiver wire is in full effect for this schedule period and through the end of the season.
Players who must clear waivers are marked as “Yes” under the waivers column in roster or contract view. If you move a waiver-eligible player to your minor league team, anyone else in the league has an opportunity to claim that player through the end of the current schedule period.
Waivers do not apply when calling players up from the minors.
If multiple teams put in waiver claims for the same player, the team with the worst overall record will receive the player.
NOTE: If you use the Assistant Coach Best Lines feature, then you absolutely run the risk of players being put on waivers without notice, particularly when other players come back from injury. Make sure you keep an eye on your roster. If you mess up and someone hits the waiver wire, there’s no going back.
- The schedule now includes a head-to-head comparison for each upcoming game.
- The Roster and Depth Chart pages now correctly flag players who are injured.
I will continue to update the site close to daily, but it will be updated at least on the days of schedule advances (Monday & Friday).
